Shipping policy

At 2F Akaushi Beef, we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Packaging & Shipping Method

We ship all orders via UPS 1-2 Day Shipping to maintain the highest quality of our Premium Texas Wagyu Beef. We carefully package all orders to ensure your beef arrives in top condition. Our products are shipped frozen with ice packs in a double-insulated corrugated box that contains a Styrofoam cooler. The box is marked "Perishable" and "Fragile." It is normal for the product to arrive lightly thawed or still frozen.

Shipping Schedule & Processing

We ship orders on Tuesdays of every week.

All online and call in orders must be placed the prior Friday before 5pm. 

Example: An order placed Saturday (January 1st) thru Friday (January 7th) it will ship the following Tuesday (January 11th). We ship Tuesdays because all out of state orders are shipped via 2 Day Air. This ensures you will receive your order before Friday, eliminating any shipping postponements from the carrier because of the weekend.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally. Shipping is available to addresses within the continental United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
