Return and Refund Policy

At 2F Akaushi Beef, we take pride in delivering premium Texas Wagyu beef. All our products are shipped frozen to ensure quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Shipping and Packaging

We carefully package all orders  and use 1-2 day shipping to ensure your beef arrives in top condition. Our products are shipped frozen with ice packs in a double-insulated corrugated box that contains a Styrofoam cooler. The box is marked "Perishable" and "Fragile." It is normal for the product to arrive lightly thawed or still frozen.

Damaged, Spoiled, or Late Orders

If your order arrives late, damaged, or spoiled, please contact us immediately at stephie@2fakaushibeef.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • The date and time of arrival
  • A description of the issue

If your order does not arrive on the scheduled delivery date, please contact us so we can work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your claim for a damaged or spoiled product is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any of our products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at stephie@2fakaushibeef.com.
